吳：你們有什么想對(duì)查理士 ` 達(dá)爾文說(shuō)的嗎？

江：我還讀了課后收集的名人故事！北宋大文學(xué)家、政治家范仲淹曾給后人留下了“先天下之憂而憂，后天下之樂(lè)而樂(lè)”的千古名句，千百年來(lái)受到了人們的贊譽(yù)。

可是他幼年卻很不幸，出身貧寒，無(wú)力上學(xué)，只好跑到寺院中的一間僧房中去讀書。

在寺廟讀書期間，他將自己關(guān)在屋內(nèi)，足不出戶，手不釋卷，讀書通宵達(dá)旦。

由于家貧，生活得也十分艱苦。每天晚上，他用糙米煮好一盆稀飯，等第二天早晨凝成凍后，用刀劃成四塊，早上吃二塊，晚上再吃二塊，沒(méi)有菜，就切一些腌菜下飯。生活很艱苦，但他沒(méi)有怨言，專心學(xué)習(xí)。

后來(lái)，范仲淹的一個(gè)同學(xué)看到范仲淹的生活如此艱難，他無(wú)法停止學(xué)習(xí)，于是回家告訴了父親。同學(xué)的父親聽(tīng)說(shuō)后，被范仲淹刻苦學(xué)習(xí)的精神所感動(dòng)，也深深同情范仲淹的貧窮處境，于是吩咐家人做了一些魚肉等好吃的東西，叫兒子帶給了范仲淹。

那個(gè)同學(xué)將做好的魚肉送給范仲淹，說(shuō)：“這是我父親叫我送給你的，趕快趁熱吃吧！”

范仲淹回答說(shuō)：“不！我怎么能接受你的東西？把他們帶回去！”

那個(gè)同學(xué)覺(jué)得范仲淹不好意思接受卻拒絕了，趕緊放下東西，回家了。

幾天后，這位同學(xué)又來(lái)到范仲淹家，發(fā)現(xiàn)他上次給他的好吃的東西根本沒(méi)動(dòng)，已經(jīng)變質(zhì)了。就責(zé)備范仲淹說(shuō)：“看，叫你吃你不吃，東西都變壞了，你為什么不吃呢?”

范仲淹回答說(shuō)：“并不是我不想吃，只是我已經(jīng)過(guò)慣了艱苦的生活，如果吃了這些美味佳肴，以后再過(guò)這種艱苦的生活就不習(xí)慣了，所以我就沒(méi)有吃。感謝你父親的一片好意?！?/p>

這位同學(xué)回家把范仲淹說(shuō)的話告訴了父親。他父親夸獎(jiǎng)?wù)f：“真是一個(gè)有志氣的孩子，日后必定大有作為呀！”

原來(lái)今天是感恩節(jié)，昨天才寫些感恩的文字，那是無(wú)意識(shí)的，沒(méi)想到這么巧合，不過(guò)今天又想還要多寫幾段，盡管還要修改重要文件，但還得把心中的話兒說(shuō)完。

我是教育工作者，自然還要站在教育者的角度去思考這個(gè)問(wèn)題。記得在今年暑期的思想政治工作研討會(huì)上，我曾提出要加強(qiáng)感恩教育，推進(jìn)和諧校園建設(shè)，當(dāng)時(shí)還專作了一個(gè)專題講話，也曾在這里寫過(guò)一篇《關(guān)于感恩教育》，現(xiàn)再次舊話重提，老調(diào)重彈。

古人云：“滴水之恩，當(dāng)涌泉相報(bào)”，“知恩不報(bào)非君子”。它教誨世人，當(dāng)我們受恩于人時(shí)，切勿忘了感恩。然而，這個(gè)流傳了幾千年的中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德卻日漸為當(dāng)代大學(xué)生所遺忘。一些學(xué)生以自我為中心，漠視寶貴的親情、友情、師生情，從而表現(xiàn)出一定程度的精神“真空”。這種現(xiàn)象折射出長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)我國(guó)感恩教育的缺失。西方有個(gè)感恩節(jié)(thanksgiving day)，是感謝上帝給予人類的一切。___飯前會(huì)做祈禱，感謝上帝給予他們食物。其實(shí)我們也應(yīng)該像虔誠(chéng)的___一樣心存感恩。我們要提的感恩就是在自己生存和發(fā)展過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生過(guò)積極作用的人和事物的一種感激與真情回報(bào)，對(duì)他人、社會(huì)和自然給予自己帶來(lái)的恩惠和方便在心里產(chǎn)生認(rèn)可并意欲回饋的一種認(rèn)識(shí)、情感和行為。馬克思指出：人是一切社會(huì)關(guān)系的總和。個(gè)體的生存和發(fā)展離不開(kāi)他人和社會(huì)。在我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的倫理觀念中也特別注重知恩圖報(bào)、禮尚往來(lái)，對(duì)于忘恩負(fù)義、恩將仇報(bào)之人都是深惡痛絕。所以，感恩也是人的職責(zé)和使命，是社會(huì)上每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該有的基本道德素質(zhì)，是文明社會(huì)最基本的道德準(zhǔn)則，是做人起碼的修養(yǎng)，是人性善的反映。每個(gè)人只有懂得感恩，才能懂得尊重他人，發(fā)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值。作為一個(gè)接受教育而又仍處于消費(fèi)者角色的學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)感恩也就顯得更為重要。

感恩教育是教育者運(yùn)用一定的教育手段和方法，對(duì)受教育者有目的、有步驟地實(shí)施的識(shí)恩、知恩、感恩、報(bào)恩以至于施恩的人文教育,是一種以情動(dòng)情的情感教育，是一種以德報(bào)德的道德教育，更是一種以人性喚起人性的人性教育。感恩說(shuō)明一個(gè)人對(duì)自己與他人、社會(huì)的關(guān)系有著正確的認(rèn)識(shí);報(bào)恩，則是在這種正確認(rèn)識(shí)之下產(chǎn)生的一種對(duì)國(guó)家、民族和人民的責(zé)任感。這是感恩教育的基本意義?？梢哉f(shuō)，在宏觀上看，感恩意識(shí)是維系我們傳統(tǒng)人情社會(huì)的一種紐帶，而對(duì)于個(gè)人而言,感恩教育又有著不可低估的價(jià)值。一個(gè)人如果不知道感恩并以實(shí)際行動(dòng)來(lái)報(bào)答他人和社會(huì)的恩情的話，那他就不是一個(gè)人格完整的、心靈健康的人。當(dāng)然，感恩并非人的天性，需要感恩教育的點(diǎn)撥。在物質(zhì)利益越來(lái)越突出的今天，在物質(zhì)財(cái)富也越來(lái)越豐富的今天，在凡事都講求一個(gè)“利”字的今天，生活的壓力、工作的壓力、個(gè)人利益的看重，人與人之間的心理距離似乎越來(lái)越大了。很多人開(kāi)始變得冷漠和健忘，不惜為了眼前利益而放棄包括感恩心在內(nèi)的很多珍貴之物。因而，人們的心靈便在許多時(shí)候得不到足夠的慰藉。在這種情況下，實(shí)施感恩教育有助于人們擺脫對(duì)金錢的一味追求，有助于人們?nèi)烁竦娜娑】档陌l(fā)展，有助于喚起人的感恩心和感恩情。由此可見(jiàn)，實(shí)施感恩教育是幫助人樹(shù)立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀的重要途徑和手段，也是學(xué)校加強(qiáng)德育教育工作的重要內(nèi)容。

首先，我們要教育學(xué)生對(duì)父母的養(yǎng)育應(yīng)懷有感恩之心。我們每個(gè)人從出生那一天起，就無(wú)時(shí)無(wú)刻不在享受著父母的愛(ài)。在我們的成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中，給予我們愛(ài)最多的便是父母。因此，我們首先要感恩父母。對(duì)父母的養(yǎng)育，我們應(yīng)心存無(wú)盡的感恩與報(bào)答之情。如果連父母養(yǎng)育之恩也漠然置之，又如何能感受到來(lái)自他人的關(guān)愛(ài)、來(lái)自社會(huì)的體恤、來(lái)自自然的賞賜。

其次，我們要教育學(xué)生對(duì)師長(zhǎng)的教誨應(yīng)有感恩之意。隨著全社會(huì)的精神文明水平的不斷提高，尊重教師已成為尊重知識(shí)、尊重人才、尊重科學(xué)的重要表現(xiàn)。然而，在校園里，無(wú)故曠課，課間不擦黑板、上課不遵守課堂紀(jì)律已不是個(gè)別現(xiàn)象;有些同學(xué)見(jiàn)了老師擦肩而過(guò)不打招呼，如同陌路人;對(duì)老師的輔導(dǎo)答疑，連句“謝謝老師”都不會(huì)說(shuō)的學(xué)生并不鮮見(jiàn);更有甚者還對(duì)老師的教育管理不滿不服而與老師大吵大鬧。總之，感恩教育的缺乏，感恩意識(shí)的缺失，帶來(lái)教師的付出得不到認(rèn)可和尊重等不和諧現(xiàn)象比目皆是。在學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)中，無(wú)不凝結(jié)著教師的辛勤勞動(dòng)。今天的學(xué)生更應(yīng)該像毛澤東當(dāng)年尊重、感激徐特立那樣，尊重、感激自己的老師，學(xué)會(huì)尊重老師的人格、尊重老師的勞動(dòng)及尊重老師的創(chuàng)造。

再次，我們要教育學(xué)生對(duì)社會(huì)的救助應(yīng)存有感恩之情。一位哲人說(shuō)過(guò)，世界上最大的悲劇或不幸，就是一個(gè)人大言不慚地說(shuō)沒(méi)有人給我任何東西。中華民族是一個(gè)具有感恩優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)的國(guó)家。學(xué)生更應(yīng)懂得“飲水思源，知恩圖報(bào)”、“滴水之恩，涌泉相報(bào)”這些經(jīng)典詩(shī)句的真正涵義。20__年，人民日?qǐng)?bào)華東新聞一則“月月領(lǐng)取救助款，從不寫信給恩人，這些大學(xué)生要補(bǔ)道德課”的消息報(bào)道說(shuō)，自1996年夏開(kāi)始，經(jīng)《福州晚報(bào)》牽線搭橋，得以圓了大學(xué)夢(mèng)的逾千名學(xué)子，已有近400人完成學(xué)業(yè)，但這中間只有不到一成的學(xué)生與資助者有過(guò)信件往來(lái)，表達(dá)過(guò)感激之情，寫過(guò)兩封信的不足lo人。我們部份學(xué)生只知道受恩，并沒(méi)有知恩感恩，反而還有不滿情緒，既不認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，積極工作，還經(jīng)常給學(xué)校和社會(huì)的管理添亂搗亂。

在現(xiàn)實(shí)中，無(wú)論是一個(gè)人，還是一個(gè)民族，誰(shuí)個(gè)不曾施恩，誰(shuí)個(gè)不曾受恩。“施恩勿念，受恩勿忘”，永遠(yuǎn)是我們的處世情懷。二戰(zhàn)期間。__市民曾冒著生命危險(xiǎn)保護(hù)了一千多名猶太難民免遭法西斯殺害，為了教育一代又一代以色列人不忘中國(guó)人民的大恩大德，以色列政府把這個(gè)歷史事實(shí)寫進(jìn)了他們的中小學(xué)公民教育讀本。還有，韓國(guó)小學(xué)生胸前都掛著一個(gè)“孝行牌”。牌的正面有父母像，背面有孝敬父母的格言與規(guī)定，學(xué)校要求學(xué)生每天對(duì)照“孝行牌”默想自己做得怎么樣。以色列和韓國(guó)的這種感恩教育讓人欽佩，更促人深思。其實(shí)，每個(gè)人無(wú)時(shí)無(wú)刻不在接受來(lái)自各方面的恩惠，國(guó)家有恩于我們，社會(huì)有恩于我們，大自然有恩于我們，周圍的人也有恩于我們。每個(gè)學(xué)生都應(yīng)擁有一顆感恩的心，學(xué)會(huì)感恩，學(xué)會(huì)做人，努力塑造完美人生，努力把孝心留給父母，把關(guān)心留給他人，把愛(ài)心獻(xiàn)給社會(huì)，把忠心留給祖國(guó)，把信心留給自己。不難想象，一個(gè)人如果連自己的父母都不關(guān)心、對(duì)教導(dǎo)自己的老師都不在意、對(duì)自己的恩人都不感激，何談今后關(guān)心民生、貢獻(xiàn)社會(huì)?一名合格的學(xué)生，無(wú)疑要具備一定的綜合素質(zhì)，這其中既包括基本的專業(yè)知識(shí)和技能，更需要具備一顆感恩的心及完善的人格。擁有一顆感恩的心，我們才會(huì)懂得回報(bào)父母的養(yǎng)育之恩;擁有一顆感恩的心，我們才會(huì)懂得珍惜老師的啟蒙、教育之恩;擁有一顆感恩的心，我們才會(huì)體會(huì)國(guó)家、社會(huì)與他人的資助之恩。也只有這樣，我們的學(xué)生才會(huì)認(rèn)真地學(xué)習(xí)，積極地工作，愉快地生活。

多年來(lái)，我們的教育更多地是在關(guān)注升學(xué)率和就業(yè)率，教學(xué)成績(jī)成了學(xué)校的唯一追求，甚至主宰著學(xué)校的生存和發(fā)展。在這一價(jià)值取向的影響下，育人變得更加微不足道，感恩教育很難實(shí)質(zhì)性地進(jìn)人中學(xué)教育教學(xué)范圍。學(xué)生在考入大學(xué)后，又將重心放在專業(yè)技能的掌握和學(xué)術(shù)理論的研究上，關(guān)心最多的是就業(yè)問(wèn)題。一些學(xué)校過(guò)于注重教育的功利性，而忽略了教育的育人功能。學(xué)生自私自利、缺乏修養(yǎng)、情感冷漠，這與學(xué)校德育落實(shí)不夠，尤其是忽視感恩教育有關(guān)。感恩教育本來(lái)應(yīng)該成為學(xué)校德育的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容，但普遍的情形是感恩教育在小學(xué)、中學(xué)、大學(xué)校園中被忽略甚至被遺忘了，這對(duì)學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)和全面發(fā)展是極為不利的。既然小、中學(xué)感恩教育沒(méi)有落到實(shí)處，高校德育理應(yīng)補(bǔ)上感恩教育這一課。教育必須以學(xué)生的“成人”為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，讓學(xué)生“成才先成人”，努力培養(yǎng)“有德又有才”的接班人。

我們還要教會(huì)學(xué)生施恩不圖報(bào)。施恩不圖報(bào)是感恩教育的最高境界。一個(gè)人不僅應(yīng)當(dāng)知恩圖報(bào)，還應(yīng)當(dāng)抱著慈悲的心理去幫助自己身邊那些需要幫助的人，即施恩。施恩是人的高級(jí)情感的需要，更是社會(huì)文明的表現(xiàn)。施恩的前提是不圖報(bào)的，否則，施恩者就不會(huì)心情愉快地去幫助別人了。只有達(dá)到了施恩不圖報(bào)的境界，才能真正地?fù)碛懈呱械牡男拍詈推犯瘛?/p>

感恩是對(duì)自我價(jià)值的一種超越。人的價(jià)值包括自我價(jià)值與社會(huì)價(jià)值。自我價(jià)值是社會(huì)對(duì)個(gè)人的尊重與滿足，而社會(huì)價(jià)值則是個(gè)人對(duì)社會(huì)的責(zé)任與貢獻(xiàn)。我們要幫助學(xué)生克服依賴思想和寄生心理，讓其樹(shù)立自立意識(shí)和責(zé)任觀念。給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造自立的機(jī)會(huì)，通過(guò)自立的實(shí)踐，他才會(huì)體驗(yàn)生活的艱難，懂得珍惜;才會(huì)懂得理解、尊重和同情他人;才會(huì)明白自己應(yīng)該做些什么，能夠做些什么;才會(huì)由衷地感激自己的父母、老師和周圍關(guān)心他的人。我們還要幫助學(xué)生克服自我中心主義，培養(yǎng)推己及人的思維方式。他希望別人怎樣對(duì)待自己，首先就怎樣對(duì)待別人。只有設(shè)身處地地為他人著想。將心比心，他才會(huì)理解、同情和尊重別人。有了對(duì)他人的理解、同情和尊重，才會(huì)懂得為什么要學(xué)會(huì)感恩以及如何感激和回報(bào)他人，才會(huì)懂得人與人之間的差距是客觀存在的，不能盲目攀比，才會(huì)懂得為什么我們不能選擇家庭出身，只能選擇回報(bào)。

在學(xué)校，在家庭，在很多合適場(chǎng)合，我們可以更多的講述與感恩有關(guān)傳統(tǒng)故事。故事可以是身邊的人，身邊的事，也可以是傳統(tǒng)的故事，如《二十四孝》中的孟宗“哭竹” 、王詳“臥冰” 、庾黔“嘗穢” 的故事，還有“割股療親” 、《羊羔跪乳》、《烏鴉反哺》、《陳毅探母》、《吃水不忘挖井人》等;我們可以引導(dǎo)學(xué)習(xí)與感恩有關(guān)經(jīng)典文學(xué)作品，如：漢代李密的《陳情表》、朱自清的《背影》、朱德的《回憶我的母親》等等，雖然有些作品是大家在中學(xué)時(shí)已學(xué)過(guò)的課文，但完全有必要去重溫作者的思想意景;我們還可以開(kāi)展專題感恩教育文娛活動(dòng)。學(xué)校和學(xué)生團(tuán)體可以組織編排一些相聲、小品、話劇等，當(dāng)然，還可以要求學(xué)生每人學(xué)唱一首歌，如的《報(bào)答》、郁鈞劍的《母親》、戴玉強(qiáng)的《兒行千里母擔(dān)憂》、毛阿敏的《燭光里的媽媽》等等，開(kāi)展專題感恩教育文藝演出。

在感恩的校園環(huán)境和教育氛圍中，我們一定可以對(duì)許多事情都平心靜氣，一定可以認(rèn)真、務(wù)實(shí)地從最細(xì)小的一件事做起，一定可以自發(fā)地真正做到嚴(yán)于律已、寬以待人，一定可以正視錯(cuò)誤，互相幫助，和睦相處,一定可以大力推進(jìn)和加快和諧校園的建設(shè)。

she sparkled of course, but i would rather cherish the days i spent with her in march when she came to visit me and my children in our home in south africa. i am proud of the fact that apart from when she was on public display meeting president mandela, we managed to contrive to stop the ever-present paparazzi from getting a single picture of her.

these were days i will always treasure. it was as if we'd been transported back to our childhood, when we spent such an enormous amount of time together, the two youngest in the family.

fundamentally she hadn't changed at all from the big sister who mothered me as a baby, fought with me at school and endured those long train journeys between our parents' homes with me at weekends. it is a tribute to her level-headedness and strength that despite the most bizarre life imaginable after her childhood, she remained intact, true to herself.
