[人參]：我是師范專業(yè)的。做一名優(yōu)秀的教是師我最大的愿望?，F(xiàn)在公司之類的工作不夠穩(wěn)定，教師穩(wěn)定性比較高，尤其是好的學校很重視對教師的培養(yǎng)，所以未來會有很大的發(fā)展空間。
2。你最尊敬的教育家是誰？為什么？
[人參]：我最喜歡的教育者是被稱為英語教育領(lǐng)導者的張道真。我之所以崇拜他，原因有三。
第一高尚的人格魅力。張道真教授，76歲，在國內(nèi)外英語教育界享有很高的盛譽。他把畢生的經(jīng)驗都獻給了教育和研究，這正是我們走向英語教育改革的每一步！
二是科學實用的英語教學方法。他提出了一系列改變這種狀況的方法。這些有效的方法在實踐教學中得到了廣泛的應用。
第三嚴謹治學的思想前瞻性。張教授主張考試、聽說、讀寫并舉，兩者并舉，甚至聽說占據(jù)更重要的地位。思想深邃的張道真教授，以其獨特的人格魅力，科學的工作態(tài)度，嚴謹?shù)闹螌W思想，征服了我，我要秉承他老人家的思想和態(tài)度，在未來的英語教學之路上，默默奮斗，勇敢向前，創(chuàng)造英語教學的輝煌，是我學習的榜樣！
三。你最喜歡的教學方法是什么？
[參考]：以學生為主體，激發(fā)學生學習興趣，使課堂生動活躍的教學方法是我欣賞的教學方法。在教學過程中，很容易用一些日常生活中最常見的例子向?qū)W生講解，從而吸引他們的注意力，提高他們的學習興趣。
我認為每種教學方法都有自己的特點。如果用得好，可以使教室五彩繽紛！
4.為什么學生會偏科？
[人參]：學生偏學的因素很多。我主要關(guān)注以下三點：第一興趣，第二環(huán)境和第三老師。如果具體分析，第一興趣，由于興趣愛好不同，學生容易偏科；第二是環(huán)境。 低年級的學生容易受到周圍環(huán)境的影響。 學生經(jīng)常討論的主題將影響他們對某個主題的偏好。
第三位老師，有些學生因為某個學科老師而偏袒。當然也會有其他因素。回答完畢。
我為什么要當教師
絕大多數(shù)人之所以如此杰出，是因為他們在需要的時候有一批不知名的教師。
我為什么要當教師呢?
我想成為一名教師，因為我喜歡學校工作日歷提供的生活節(jié)奏。七八月份的假期給了我一個思考、學習和寫作的機會
教學總結(jié)我的心得。
我要當教師因為教學永遠是一個變化無窮的工作。即使我的課本是一樣的，我總是改變我的教學方法，但更重要的是，我的學生總是在改變。
我想成為一名老師，師因為我喜歡犯錯的自由，上課的自由以及激勵自己和學生的自由。
我要當教師因為我喜歡提出那些學生必須盡力思索才能回答的問題。世界上充滿了對壞的、奇怪的問題的正確答案。在教學中，我有時故意回避那些正統(tǒng)的問題。
我要當教師因為我喜歡學習。確實，我之所以感到我的教師生涯還頗有活力，是因為我總是不斷地學習。我職業(yè)生涯中最重要的發(fā)現(xiàn)之一是，這不是因為我知道多少，而是因為我喜歡學習。
我想成為一名教師，因為我可以嘗試把自己和我的學生從傳統(tǒng)的封閉式課堂學習中解放出來，進入外面的真實世界。
我要當教師因為教學給了我許多的飲料去品味，許多“森林”去進入和離開，許多好書去閱讀，許多象牙塔般高深領(lǐng)域和現(xiàn)實世界的經(jīng)歷去探索。教學給了我前進的步伐、多變的生活和挑戰(zhàn)，也給了我不斷學習的機會。
盡管如此，我還是忘了說我為什么要當教師的最重要的理由。
令我感到欣慰的是，作為我的學生，她已經(jīng)生根發(fā)芽。
看到學生們在我眼前成長變化。當老師就像創(chuàng)造生命。我能看到我培育的泥人開始呼吸。沒有什么比親眼看到生命的氣吸更令人興奮的了。
作為一名教師，我可能獲得地位、金錢和權(quán)力。我得到的報酬是我最愿意做的事：閱讀、學習、與人交談、發(fā)現(xiàn)或提出各種問題
我也有權(quán)力。我有權(quán)力去提請別人注意，去展開有趣的話題，去問那些難以回答的問題，去表揚一個大膽的回答，去譴責掩蓋真理，去向?qū)W生推薦書籍，去指出前進的道路。我還會
去在乎其它什么權(quán)力嗎？
但作為一名教師，除了金錢和權(quán)力之外，還提供了一些東西：愛。不僅僅是對學習的愛，對書本的愛，對思想的愛，而且是作為一個教師所能感受到的那些難得的學生步入教師的生活并開始呼吸的愛。
