首先，自我介紹要圍繞崗位勝任要求展開，
有人總結(jié)說，80%要圍繞與應(yīng)聘崗位所需要的專業(yè)勝任能力模型展開，20%圍繞與應(yīng)聘崗位所需的行為風格模型來介 紹。這樣的要求或許有些“粗暴”，但能清楚的告訴我們面試自我介紹應(yīng)介紹哪些內(nèi)容。面試官只關(guān)注你與崗位匹配度有關(guān)的事情，最能體現(xiàn)你與崗位相關(guān)聯(lián)的能力。尤其是你最近三到五年，早期干的事情若與崗位匹配度相關(guān)，即在同一專業(yè)領(lǐng)域里干，也可以介紹。如果五年前干的另外一件事與崗位專業(yè)度無關(guān)，不要介紹或是簡單描述一下當時專業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)換的背景和動機即可。
有這樣一則故事就很能說明問題。張小姐和楊小姐都是剛畢業(yè)的學生，學的都是英語專業(yè)，學習成績都很突出，二人同時應(yīng)聘優(yōu)簡歷網(wǎng)的高級秘書職位。人事經(jīng)理看了簡歷以后，難以取舍。于是通知兩人面試，考官讓她們分別先做下簡單的'自我介紹。
張小姐就將自己的年齡，畢業(yè)學校、專業(yè)、家庭情況和自己的性格介紹了下，并表達了自己對這職位的期望。而楊小姐則這樣介紹自己：“關(guān)于我的情況簡歷上都介紹得比較詳細了。在這我強調(diào)三點：我的英語口語不錯，曾利用假期在旅行社做過導(dǎo)游，帶過歐美團。再者，我的文筆較好，曾在報刊上發(fā)表過6篇文章。第三，我能熟練的使用各種辦公軟件，我的行政和文秘等方面的成績都是優(yōu)秀。如果您有興趣可以過目。"
最后，人事經(jīng)理錄用了楊小姐。

第四，自我介紹要先模擬演練，請自己的同學或朋友給你做面試官，讓他們給你挑毛病，要使自我介紹語言精煉簡潔、概括性強、內(nèi)容豐富、亮點突出。讓他們給你 指出介紹的優(yōu)缺點，不斷修改、完善模板。他們可以全面客觀評價你的舉止、動作、表情，有利于糾正小動作。經(jīng)過幾次模擬練習后，到面試場合也就減輕了緊張情緒。
